Unlike a steel plate the Tanner Tee Weight / T-Weight is an eight pound metal weight designed to fit snugly on top of your Tanner Tee - the Original batting tee for added stability for missed hits, and can also double as a hitting net weight to hold down the feet of portable practice nets. 

Add the optional 8 lb. T-Weight / Tee Weight for at-home hitting practice and remove it when traveling to offsite locations.
